In 2010, on a tight schedule, Gristmill built the 2011 HGTV Dream house at the base of Spruce Peak of the Stowe Mountain Resort. Over 40,000,000 entries were made to win the $2,000,000 furnished home. Built in the Gristmill style, this 3400 sq. ft. home sourced local materials and craftsman, utilizing the best sustainable building techniques.
